Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF) is a national nonprofit that provides financing, advice and capacity-building to help community organizations deliver services. Facing rising demand, funding cuts and the need to strengthen capitalization for 14 arts education nonprofits, NFF had to consolidate and continuously monitor large, disparate data sets — audited financials, annual surveys, monthly deposits and withdrawals — collected by staff across four cities and shared with funders around the clock.

NFF implemented BIME to centralize, analyze and securely share that data; three staff members run analyses and three funder viewers access dashboards. BIME’s flexible platform and integrations (Google Docs, embed codes) let NFF update, manipulate and present cross‑geography data in real time, improving ongoing monitoring and reporting while BIME’s customer support helped resolve integration issues.
