Class Limited, a leading Australian provider of cloud-based wealth accounting and compliance solutions, faced a slow, error-prone billing process that relied on pulling data from Salesforce and NetSuite into legacy systems and macro-driven spreadsheets. To modernize and scale billing across its Class Super, Class Trust and Class Portfolio offerings, Class Limited chose BillingPlatform’s cloud-native billing and automation solution.

BillingPlatform integrated with Class Limited’s CRM and ERP, replaced complicated Excel macros, centralized pricing and volume-discount logic, and automated invoice estimation and issuance. The implementation reduced invoice processing time to one day, lowered the risk of user error, improved review workflows, and enabled richer revenue and usage reporting; since going live in July 2021 BillingPlatform has also paved the way for future in-app NowInfinity payments.
