Bill.com implemented an automated AP workflow integrated with SFJAZZ’s Sage Intacct accounting system, enabling vendors to enter their own ACH details, reduce errors, and improve visibility into payment status. The result was a major efficiency gain: 90% of payments now go through Bill.com via ACH, the AP role now takes only 50% of one full-time employee’s time, and the team has more control, fewer errors, and faster monthly closes.
