Miami’s Larkin University Earns an A+ with Streamlined AP Thanks to BILL

Larkin University, a nonprofit healthcare university in Miami, needed a simpler way to manage accounts payable after its previous AP automation software was cumbersome and caused headaches for its small finance team. With only two finance employees, the university wanted more visibility, faster approvals, and less manual work, and turned to Bill.com’s BILL AP automation solution.

Bill.com implemented BILL to streamline invoice approvals, reduce data entry, and improve transparency across the university. The results included about 60% of invoices being approved through the BILL mobile app, a faster approval process, and the ability to move a full-time AP clerk to part-time while still supporting the university’s finance needs. BILL also helped simplify audits and integrate with MIP for better financial tracking.
