LCBC Church modernize financial systems to save time and money

LCBC Church, which grew from one location to 14 campuses across Pennsylvania, needed a more modern expense management solution for its geographically dispersed staff. Its outdated system made reconciling expenses slow and cumbersome, with employees forced to convert receipt images to PDFs and deal with frequent password lockouts. Bill.com’s BILL Spend & Expense was selected to simplify the process.

Bill.com implemented BILL Spend & Expense through a pilot, then rolled it out across all LCBC locations with web and mobile app training. By summer 2019, 182 employees were using the platform, helping LCBC close its books faster and streamline receipt capture at the point of purchase. LCBC estimates the solution saves at least $30,000 a year in time savings, while also offering a free system with rewards and strong customer service.
