With Bill.com, Pillow Cube set up one overarching budget that could be split into multiple virtual cards for different ad platforms and campaigns, with backup cards to reduce disruption. This made it easier to manage spending across Google, Facebook, and other vendors, while preventing cards from maxing out and stopping ads unexpectedly. The result was a more streamlined process and better control over digital ad spend, helping Pillow Cube avoid downtime and reduce manual monitoring.
