Hernandez & Company implemented Bill.com integrated with Swizznet-hosted QuickBooks, assigning an internal CFO to each account and using Bill.com’s permissions, automated reminders, e-file document storage and mobile access. The result: tighter cash-flow control, eliminated duplicate and late payments, faster document retrieval, more than 10 hours per month of staff time reallocated to client service, and a clear ROI through streamlined, cloud-based bill pay and approvals.
