The German International School of Silicon Valley (GISSV) is an accredited German‑and‑American K–12 school serving nearly 400 students across three campuses with a single central administration. GISSV’s tuition receivables were handled with paper checks and fragmented processes—students handing checks to teachers, multiple staff passing envelopes, and even a bank glitch that sent payment confirmations to parents without the school receiving funds—creating inefficiency, insecurity, and a customer‑service crisis.
