Chattanooga Christian School cuts time spent on AP by 25%

Chattanooga Christian School, one of the largest schools in Tennessee, was spending too much time on accounts payable because its processes were largely manual. The finance team used Concur, AvidXchange, and Microsoft Dynamics, but invoice uploads, check posting, and reimbursements all had to be handled by hand, limiting efficiency and making it harder to keep up with growing campus expansion projects. With BILL, Chattanooga Christian School moved approvals to an online portal, automated payments and reimbursements, and synced transactions in real time with Sage Intacct.
