Because staff travel frequently, the organization needed faster expense reimbursements; after switching from ExpensePoint to Concur, reimbursements were slow—often seven or more days—because funds were routed through Concur’s account before reaching employees.

ADA Mideast adopted the integrated Tallie + Bill.com solution (beta testing with staff), enabling mobile receipt capture, approvals in Tallie, payments through Bill.com, and automatic sync to QuickBooks.
