Soutirage is a Napa Valley wine services company founded in 2007 that helps collectors manage and expand high-value wine collections. Although the business used NetSuite for accounting and inventory, accounts payable remained manual when CFO Neev Nissenson arrived in 2011 — staff were printing, stuffing and mailing checks, a time-consuming process that diverted the 11-person team from core work.

By joining the Bill.com/NetSuite beta integration, Soutirage now automates about 100 non-wine vendor payments a month, uses ACH/e‑payments, and syncs bill and approval details back into NetSuite.
