BILL empowers Kent School students and faculty through financial independence

Kent School, a coed boarding high school in Kent, Connecticut, wanted a better way to support faculty-led student programs and reduce the burden of out-of-pocket spending and manual reimbursements. Before working with Bill.com, advisors had to pay for meals and other expenses themselves, save receipts, and file reimbursement requests, which often discouraged them from spending at all.

Bill.com implemented BILL Spend & Expense, giving more than 100 advisors their own BILL Divvy Cards to make purchases directly and manage budgets in a mobile app. The solution eliminated the need for employees to front money and submit paper reimbursements, while also supporting Kent School’s Student Experience Fund, which provides qualifying students up to $500 per term, plus an additional $500 for seniors, helping create a more equitable student experience.
