The solution from BigTime Software involved a three-phase implementation to centralize the services catalog, integrate it with Salesforce, and connect it to the PSA system. This provided standardized templates and automated the quoting and scoping process. As a result, Anthology eliminated over 170 days of manual effort by generating more than 1,365 quotes, accelerated deal cycles, improved sales enablement, and achieved seamless integration between its CRM and delivery systems.
