WEC Energy Group, one of the largest energy delivery holding companies in the U.S., faced significant IT operational challenges following an acquisition. Mergers led to tool sprawl and a proliferation of redundant alerts, which restricted visibility into their network and critical applications. To solve this, WEC Energy Group partnered with BigPanda and implemented its AIOps platform. The solution unified their distributed tools into a centralized view, automating the removal of duplicate alerts and providing critical context.
