Largest Semiconductor Firms, one of the world’s largest semiconductor manufacturers, faced a flood of millions of alerts as its global IT operations scaled, making manual incident management too slow and resource-intensive. The company needed a way to automate incident detection and remediation across tools including CA Spectrum, Microsoft SCOM, New Relic, ServiceNow, ThousandEyes, and in-house systems, and selected BigPanda’s Autonomous Operations Platform after evaluating alternatives.
