The company needed a way to reduce alert noise and help its NOC engineers detect and resolve network issues faster while maintaining service availability.

Rise Broadband turned to BigPanda to consolidate alerts from eight Zabbix servers into a single, unified console using alert correlation and machine learning. With BigPanda, the team now monitors more than 27,000 nodes and processes over 100,000 alerts per week, achieving a 90% correlation rate, faster incident detection and MTTR, and more efficient incident management workflows.
