Jet’s Pizza Adopts Bigleaf Networks Cloud-first SD-WAN for Failsafe, Always-on Internet

Jet’s Pizza franchise owner Dan O’Donohue needed a 100% reliable Internet solution to keep his cloud-based online ordering (OrderTalk) and static‑IP POS (SpeedLine) systems running without interruption. Facing frequent cable outages that risked lost orders and poor customer experiences, he turned to Bigleaf Networks and its Cloud-first SD-WAN to provide a dependable secondary connection and automatic carrier failover.

Bigleaf Networks shipped a preconfigured router that O’Donohue self‑installed alongside the existing SonicWall, then began intelligent load‑balancing across his Comcast and AT&T circuits (and up to four links) while prioritizing PoS and ordering traffic with QoS. Bigleaf’s Same IP failover kept sessions alive during outages, resulting in zero Internet downtime and no lost customer orders. The solution eliminated the ordering interruptions that O’Donohue estimated could cost $1,000–$2,000 per hour on busy nights, improving reliability and customer satisfaction.
