Ward Hadaway, a law firm, wanted a more reliable and collaborative way to improve financial reporting and access up-to-date business data. BigHand implemented an integration between Aderant Expert/Sierra and BigHand Business Intelligence, creating an automated overnight data flow and self-service access to financial metrics. The result was that Ward Hadaway’s fee earners could interrogate data as soon as they arrived, with information only 24 hours out of date, helping the firm make better decisions more quickly and move the business forward.
