Taylor Wessing, a Top 20 law firm, needed a more mobile, flexible and easy-to-upgrade dictation solution to boost lawyer productivity and support a people-first approach. BigHand rolled out BigHand Go firmwide (230 users and growing, more than half the firm), implemented centralised workflows and a shared secretarial service desk, and enabled instant submission from smartphones, tablets and office Wi‑Fi. The result was measurable cost savings from reduced dictation hardware purchases, faster turnaround, better visibility of work in progress, reduced backlogs and increased capture of billable time, with BigHand-led plans to add server-side speech recognition for further efficiency gains.
