Larkin Hoffman has chosen to deploy BigHand’s full legal workflow management solution to support a new Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) team model and improve lawyer and client service. The firm faced fragmented task routing (email, phone, physical notes), difficulty reassigning work, and limited visibility into who was doing what and at what cost, so they needed a reliable workflow platform to centralize assignments and enable flexibility.
