BigHand implemented the Intellistat Partner Performance Portal as a centralized, user-friendly dashboard for partner and associate compensation reviews. The portal automatically syncs data, provides drill-down analytics, links to peer reviews and self-evaluations, and supports historical trend analysis and rankings, helping the committee make faster and more informed decisions. The result was a smoother review process, less manual reporting, and a one-time 30-minute training session for the committee, with plans to expand the portal further to section leaders.
