Browne Jacobson set for sustainable and efficient growth with BigHand

Browne Jacobson, a national law firm, set out to prepare for sustainable, efficient growth by removing paper-based processes, improving task visibility and better prioritising and allocating work. As a long-standing customer of BigHand’s digital dictation and speech recognition, the firm selected BigHand’s task delegation tool BigHand Now and its task management module BigHand Capacity Manager to support a centralised shared‑services model and mitigate operational risk.

BigHand is implementing BigHand Now to create auditable digital workflows from voice, email, electronic and paper requests, and BigHand Capacity Manager to enable real‑time, capacity‑based task scheduling and reallocation across five UK offices.
