BigHand workflow solution eases Brachers' standalone system frustrations

Brachers, a south‑east Top‑250 law firm, was struggling with an outdated first‑generation standalone digital dictation system that hindered workflow, transparency, remote working, user administration and client confidentiality across its three sites.
