BigHand gets to the heart of the matter with law firm Cripps

Cripps Pemberton Greenish, a regional law firm with around 350 people and 25% staff growth in the last year, faced the twin challenges of rapid expansion and a changing legal market while wanting to put clients at the centre of its operations. To reduce operational costs, cut paper use and improve agility and staff productivity, the firm sought technology to digitise and automate internal processes — selecting BigHand and its suite of solutions to support that client-centric vision.

BigHand implemented BigHand Now for task delegation and transparency, BigHand SmartNote to automate verbal attendance notes and transcription, and is rolling out BigHand Capacity Manager to measure and rebalance team workloads. Early results include a 10% saving in transcription effort from a partial SmartNote deployment, reduced reliance on paper and email, clearer task prioritisation and improved operational agility — outcomes Cripps Pemberton Greenish attributes directly to BigHand’s technology.
