BigHand delivered integrated budgeting/pricing tools and BI dashboards that let partners price, clone and track matter budgets, drill into timekeeper records, link budgets to a client portal, and surface 3E financial metrics (time billed, collections, leverage, realization) at firm, practice or matter level. The implementation has produced daily-use dashboards, stronger partner accountability, more data‑driven decision making, improved client transparency and pricing predictability, and reduced reporting pressure on the finance team—resulting in better matter management and enhanced client service.
