Silentnight, a leading UK bed manufacturer, sought to enhance its delivery service for both trade and home-delivery customers while driving operational savings and improving its sustainability. They partnered with BigChange to implement its all-in-one Transport and Delivery Management technology platform to address these challenges.

The BigChange solution provided a paperless system for delivery planning, proof-of-delivery, and real-time tracking, which was deployed on tablets for drivers. This allowed Silentnight to automate customer notifications, optimize routes, and capture detailed driver and vehicle telematics. As a result, BigChange helped Silentnight save over 400,000 litres of fuel, cut CO2 emissions by one million kilograms, and save 8 hours of admin per worker per month, all while significantly improving the customer experience.
