BigChange Awarded Mobile Technology Contract for Hargreaves’ 500-strong Fleet

BigChange provided a complete turnkey solution, equipping drivers with tablets to manage job instructions, electronic proof of delivery, timesheets, and vehicle checks. The system's integration with Hargreaves' back-office software enabled a paperless workflow, saving hundreds of thousands of pieces of paper annually and significantly reducing administrative tasks. The results for Hargreaves included a 10% reduction in fuel use, 8 hours of saved admin time per worker each month, and the ability to handle 10 extra jobs per driver.
