Using Big Squid, Inc.’s Kraken platform, USCCA analyzed customer data to find patterns among former customers and pinpoint traits associated with churn at the individual level. The model also helped validate existing assumptions and exposed gaps in the data USCCA should collect going forward. As a result, the company established a baseline for churn reduction efforts and gained clearer insight into the attributes of high-value customers for future targeting.
