Big Pixel provided full product UI design services for Joyntly, a workforce assessment and skill development platform. Joyntly's challenge was the need for a sophisticated platform experience that would allow admins to easily manage a growing client roster while providing employees with a simple and engaging path through assessments and skill development.

The solution designed by Big Pixel included comprehensive UI for admin company management, user onboarding, employee-facing assessment flows, and results dashboards. The results were a clean, modern platform that made skill development feel approachable for employees and gave Joyntly's admin team the visibility needed to confidently grow their client base. The project was delivered on time and within budget, and Joyntly subsequently won the Spring 2026 NC Idea Seed grant.
