The solution involved Bicom Systems and businessIP deploying a new LAN and VPN infrastructure with advanced QoS and power for IP phones. They implemented a dynamic, fault-tolerant network and a centralized Avaya IP Office PBX, providing telephony for London and future remote sites. The project was completed on time with minimal disruption, ensuring the system was fully operational and tested for the critical fundraising period of Ramadan.
