Whisper Night Club, a high-end venue in Downtown Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square, needed a high-intensity sound system that could deliver strong coverage, clear fidelity, and the durability to handle long nights of music and a wide range of DJs. Biamp-supported processing and loudspeaker solutions were chosen for the club’s main dance floor and surrounding zones, with the goal of matching the owner’s aesthetic expectations while keeping the system powerful and reliable.

Biamp’s solution, installed by Sonic Solutions LLC, centered on a flown main dance floor system using Community SLS960 and SBS22 loudspeakers, plus VERIS 8, iBOX iHP1296, and iLF218 speakers for other areas, all managed with BLU-160 DSP processors and powered by Thrive amplifiers. The result was a versatile, high-fidelity system that delivered the desired SPL, coverage, and nightclub impact across roughly 50 loudspeakers and 22 on the main dance floor.
