UniVersa Insurance Upgrades its Headquarters for Modern Meeting Experiences

UniVersa Insurance, Germany’s oldest private insurance provider, needed to modernize the executive floor of its headquarters in Nuremburg as part of a larger renovation. The company wanted flexible, reconfigurable meeting rooms with updated AV technology and improved acoustics for frequent conferencing, and turned to Biamp’s Tesira platform to support the new design.

Biamp implemented a scalable Tesira-based solution featuring audio, video, and control over a single network, along with TesiraLUX encoding/decoding, TesiraFORTÉ, and Tesira amplifiers. The system enabled multiple room configurations, BYOD collaboration, and strong acoustic echo cancellation while keeping equipment concealed in furniture and ceiling elements to preserve the sleek aesthetic. As a result, UniVersa Insurance gained a modern, highly adaptable meeting environment built for long-term use.
