The Swig Company, a San Francisco-based real estate operator, was moving into a new headquarters space that blended open offices, private offices, conference rooms, and an exposed historic ceiling. To reduce noise distractions and protect speech privacy without compromising the design, the company worked with Biamp and its sound masking solution, QtPro.

Biamp’s Qt® 300 Sound Masking System was installed throughout the approximately 11,000-square-foot office, with small emitters placed in open and drop ceiling areas, private offices, workspaces, and conference rooms. The result was a quieter, more comfortable workplace where employees could concentrate and hold private conversations without being overheard, while preserving the building’s open-ceiling aesthetic.
