Neiman Marcus, the Texas-based luxury retailer, needed to standardize and simplify the audio systems across its stores while supporting multiple use cases such as paging, background music, meetings, and runway fashion shows. To address this challenge, it worked with Biamp and consulting partner Dickensheets Design Associates, using Biamp Audia and Nexia products to create a secure, user-friendly audio platform with centralized control.

Biamp’s solution routed all signals through Audia or Nexia, enabled password-protected remote management, and gave Neiman Marcus a standardized equipment and control scheme for new stores and major remodels. The result was more consistent audio, easier day-to-day operation, faster troubleshooting, and fewer on-site service calls, with centralized adjustments now made securely from the corporate office.
