Event Source, a Cleveland-area business specializing in event equipment rentals, was dealing with noise distractions and limited speech privacy across its 3,400-square-foot office space. Cross talk in the open office made it hard for employees to concentrate, and conversations in private offices and conference rooms could be overheard elsewhere. Biamp provided the QtPro sound masking solution to address these issues.

Biamp, working through Axiom Solutions, installed the Qt® 600 Sound Masking System with Qt® Emitters placed throughout the open-ceiling office and a control module in the server room. The system created a more comfortable, distraction-free environment where speech faded into the background, improving focus and employee satisfaction. After the original installation, Event Source later expanded the sound masking coverage during a full office renovation.
