Citizens Bank Park, home of the Philadelphia Phillies, needed a highly intelligible sound system for a very loud Major League Baseball environment that could also withstand harsh Philadelphia winters and long offseasons. Biamp was part of the solution set through the system’s audio processing role, alongside loudspeakers and other pro-audio infrastructure, to support clear announcements, music, and game-day audio across the 43,651-seat stadium.

Biamp’s solution helped support a distributed stadium sound system designed for uniform coverage and speech intelligibility, with strategically placed loudspeakers throughout the park and DSP/console-based control. The result was a system that worked well from the start and continued to deliver excellent performance, helping Citizens Bank Park maintain strong fan experience standards at one of MLB’s top-rated venues.
