Biamp’s Vocia solution enabled centralized control, zoned paging, and live and pre-recorded announcements, while also improving space efficiency and future scalability across Calgary Transit’s rail network. The system was installed at six Northeast Line stations and supported staff training to help technicians troubleshoot issues proactively.
