BICSI World Headquarters & Learning Center Get Focused with Cambridge Sound Masking

BICSI, the world’s leading professional advocate for the ICT industry, undertook a major renovation of its World Headquarters and Learning Academy in Tampa, Florida. As part of “Project Refresh,” the organization needed to reduce noise distractions and improve productivity across a facility that supports both call center operations and collaborative work, along with classrooms and student spaces. Biamp’s Cambridge Sound Masking solution was selected to help address these acoustic challenges.

Biamp implemented Cambridge Sound Masking to create a more focused environment for staff and students throughout the renovated BICSI facility. The solution was used to help minimize noise distractions in offices, classrooms, and common areas, supporting better concentration and productivity. No specific quantitative results were provided in the case study text, but the project positioned BICSI’s headquarters and learning center as a state-of-the-art smart building.
