YapStone, Inc., an online payment processing provider, wanted an easier way to reward new customers with gift cards as it promoted adoption of its online payment platform. Its challenge was running a rewards program across many European countries, where digital gift cards are often country-specific and physical gifts are slow, expensive, and hard to track.

BHN Rewards (then Rybbon) provided YapStone with an online gift management platform and international virtual Visa and MasterCard prepaid cards that could be emailed to recipients in over 150 countries. This simplified global reward delivery, eliminated spreadsheet-based tracking, and gave YapStone built-in visibility into claimed and unclaimed rewards; the company reported that BHN Rewards reduced gift management overhead by over 80% and helped return funds for unclaimed gifts.
