Socedo doubles Webinar registrations with morning coffee

The customer, Socedo, a social media management company represented by Marketing Manager Adam Hutchinson, faced the challenge of poor attendance and engagement for its webinar program. To cut through the noisy digital landscape, they partnered with the vendor BHN Rewards (formerly Rybbon) and utilized its digital gifting service to offer incentives.

The solution implemented by BHN Rewards was to send gourmet coffee e-gift cards to webinar attendees via its platform, which also notified Socedo when gifts were claimed. This resulted in a more than doubling of webinar registrations and a 30 percent increase in attendance. Socedo subsequently used BHN Rewards in an email campaign, which doubled the conversion rate on new sign-ups and delivered a lower cost-per-lead than other marketing methods.
