NMMA, the National Marine Manufacturers Association, needed a faster and easier way to deliver incentives to participants in its research surveys. Already using Qualtrics for survey collection, the team looked for a solution that would simplify reward processing and help improve survey response rates. BHN Rewards was selected to manage incentive delivery.
With BHN Rewards integrated into Qualtrics, NMMA said setup was easy and seamless and that the platform “worked like a charm.” The solution eliminated manual reward fulfillment, and one study that targeted 300 responses generated nearly 500 responses instead — a 166% result relative to the goal.
