BHN Rewards (formerly Rybbon) integrated with Qualtrics to automate reward delivery and give Kubic real-time visibility into email opens, claims, and complaints. The result was a faster, easier process with improved delivery confidence, fewer complaints, quicker issue resolution, and higher response rates, while helping Kubic manage incentives at both the campaign and individual level.
