BGSF helped a large healthcare company protect highly sensitive patient data, medical research, and networked medical devices after detecting nation-state threats on its network. The customer needed to build an internal Information Security Program and bring in executive leadership to strengthen its cybersecurity posture.

BGSF partnered with the client’s CISO, hiring managers, and talent acquisition team to recruit and hire a CISO and then build out a robust security organization in two phases. BGSF placed leaders across key pillars such as security operations, incident response, red team, governance/risk/compliance, IAM, and security engineering, ultimately delivering a world-class, diverse information security program and filling 12 roles across the organization.
