BGSF worked with a Global Financial Technology Company in New York City that supports the global financial services industry and depends on secure, highly available, and accurate data. After placing the company’s CISO, BGSF was engaged to help build out its Information Security Program and stand up an Information Security Operations Center (ISOC) team to protect a complex private network and sensitive financial systems.

BGSF partnered with the CISO, hiring managers, and talent acquisition to define and recruit for key ISOC roles, including an ISOC Director, Team Lead, and experienced L2-L4 analysts with skills in alert triage, forensics, threat hunting, malware analysis, incident response, threat intelligence, and Python automation. Over six months, BGSF placed the full team—one director, one team lead, and five analysts—and the majority of those hires were still in place four years later, successfully operating the program.
