Peak and Speedwell Cavern, a pair of show cave attractions in the Peak District, needed a better way to manage bookings as COVID-19 reduced boat capacity and shifted demand online. Their previous booking system only handled a small share of online reservations, while most visitors were walk-ins, making it difficult to control numbers, time slots, and social distancing.

Beyonk provided a user-friendly booking system that made it easy to set up and amend bookings, manage capacities, and support both online and walk-in visitors. The result was fewer queues, improved visitor satisfaction and reviews, and higher revenue even with reduced visitor numbers. Weekly reporting and reconciliation were cut to about 10 minutes, and Peak and Speedwell Cavern later rolled out Beyonk at Peak Cavern as well.
