Domus Rental, a villa and apartment rental business in Verona and Lake Garda, Italy, wanted a better way to maximize average daily rates in a busy market. In spring 2022, the company turned to Beyond and its dynamic pricing software after relying on manual pricing that was time-consuming and made it difficult to update rates often.

With Beyond’s pricing platform and Insights, Domus Rental was able to make faster pricing decisions, better match market conditions, and share data-backed rate explanations with owners. The results included ADR increases of up to 80% in summer 2022, a jump from €192 to €348 on some properties, and as much as a 46% increase in monthly revenue per available night.
