Beringer Associates, founded in 1995 in Pennsauken, NJ, is a systems integrator that provides managed network services, VoIP and CRM solutions to more than 1,000 small and mid-sized businesses—many in supply-chain and distributed sales environments. As their support workload grew (300+ devices/servers and thousands of end users), legacy tools forced slow, phone-based troubleshooting and couldn’t reliably traverse firewalls or meet the security and auditing requirements of their financial-services customers.
In 2007 Beringer deployed Bomgar for its multi‑OS support, appliance-based audit trail, unattended-access capabilities and customizable end‑user surveys, integrating it with their ticketing system. The result was immediate: reduced travel, shorter time-to-resolution, higher rep productivity through tabbed sessions and multitasking, improved customer satisfaction, and the ability to act as a “virtual IT department” for existing and new clients.
