Features like automatic privilege elevation, session persistence after reboots, and robust file transfer let technicians resolve issues faster and support users anywhere online, cutting travel and support costs. Planned ServiceNow integration and custom reporting improved visibility and license tracking, delivering more reliable, efficient global IT support.
