Stribling Equipment is a family‑owned dealer that sells and services construction and forestry equipment across Mississippi, Arkansas and West Tennessee. Its four‑person IT support team struggled to establish reliable remote connections to devices at 20 stores and to sales and field technicians using Microsoft RDP and VNC, which slowed troubleshooting and resolution for a wide range of users.
Stribling implemented Bomgar Remote Support—using Jump Clients, a Bomgar Button and downloadable temporary clients—which cut average connection time by more than 50%. Features like screen sharing, drag‑and‑drop file transfer and mobile camera streaming (InSight) let technicians see beyond the screen, transfer drivers quickly and annotate live video to resolve hardware issues, improving resolution speed, technician efficiency and user satisfaction while enabling future training via session recording.
