Region 14 Education Service Center supports 42 school districts — more than 160 campuses, 4,000 teachers and 43,000 students — with a lean IT team of 11 and a single network administrator. With declining funding and limited remote-control tools, technicians routinely drove long distances for routine support, stretching staff capacity and slowing response times.

Region 14 implemented Bomgar for secure, easy remote access (firewall passthrough, user-granted sessions, automatic uninstall, portal/email connections).
